I have updated my xbox 360 with Trinity motherboard and CR3 Lite chip for kernal / Dashboard 2.0.16547.0, but after I made it,
I can not get freestyle dash to start up by itself and my avater will not Update, some help me, are brand new to all this.

Ps. if there is a newer and better version, I want to update it. Takes all the help I can get. Purchased the machine where it was made in so only the chip itself.

You didnt build your image with dashlaunch patches. this is all that is wrong. also, you should update to the latest dash, as that one is older.

if you already updated to 16547, then leave it that way, no need to make it more difficult for you as it is. I'm still running a rgh with dash 16537 and have no problems playing the newest games.

How exactly did you update it to this dashboard? Jrunner update mode with updserv enabled is a great/safe/best way to update your dashboard. Read page 22 of jrunner PDF for future updates.

For your missing avatar, first Make sure you have the dashboard 16547 like you say (check system settings, console settings) and then follow this tut: http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=90631
make sure you download the original 16547 dashboard and place that on the root of a USB stick as described in the tutorial.

with me it always works best when I plug the USB stick when the xbox is already on and in original dashboard.

To let it boot into fsd again, you'll need to load dashlaunch installer (default.xex) with xex.menu. Once in dashlaunch settings, go to "paths" , then "default" look for your fsd folder which probably is located on your hdd. Once in your freestyle folder, select default.xex. Now you have to save this to your hdd. Press right bumper untill you're on save/load launch.ini, scroll down till you're on hdd and press X, this will save the launch ini.

from this time on if all is ok, you'll see it will boot straight to dashlaunch.
