So, i had E74 in my XBOX and was fixing it with the two sticks in the fan method, then i found on google this other method explaining how adding 4 pennies behind my xbox + adding some thermal pasta would permanently fix my E74 error. I tried everything, adding the pennies + putting the pasta on both my Chips. Now, i got a new EVEN BIGGER problem. The XBOX Doesn't even turn on, the fans work only for about 1 second and then they stop. Can anyone Help fixing this?

There's ONLY two correct ways of repairing that machine and none of them involve pennies, towels, sticks or heat guns. Find someone in your area that is able to reball your console if the damage is not beyond repair

They are not worth fixing anymore, since u can get hold of a good working Xbox console cheap as hell these days. A proper repair alone would cost more than the Xbox is worth. Cheap fixes don't work for a long duration.

Remove the pennies that are shorting components, then reflow the HANA chip. If you can't reflow, add some weight to the top of the HANA chip. Check the x-clamps and make sure they're correctly seated and the heatsink is a tight fit.

Since i get a 0003 error, i have removed everything, the heatsinks and all the board from the metallic cover, so i wouldn't get a shortage from them, but still, i can't get a normal boot, as the xbox turns off in 1 second, as soon as i press the power button. When i remove the DVD i get a 0001 error, so that means that the error is legit, and i think i have a chance to fix it. I don't think that any of the cpu/gpu is ruined since i got a e74 error and tried to fix it but now am getting the 0003 error

check your xclamps sounds to me either the square plastic support in the middle has fallen off when you went to fit them back on or one of them is shorting the board, worth taking a look failing that you may have blown a mosfet. why your still pissing about with this console is beyond me. i have 17 phat consoles hdmi and 5 slims if your in the uk

Well, sadly i don't live in the UK, I got this console as a gift and i thought about playing some games but it seems to me like that is not gonna happen. Now, i have removed both xclamps from the xbox just for testing purpose, so i don't think that they're causing any shorting.
