ok i was trying to load both bios and then i used all the banks and now nothing happens when i boot from the x3 and the xboxs i working fine just get no bios screen eny more help would be greatly appreciated

no i havent done eny thing accept try to load the bios and a now i get no video feed when i boot from the mod

Try pressing power and eject together to turn on. This should get you to the backup bios. Then set your switches to: on,on,off,off and protect off. Then flash your bios with an x3 1mb bios such as x3_3294.
