Hi, I uptaded my switch to 7.0.1 accidentally with choidujournx. I didn't follow the latest news about hacking so switch doesn't boot cfw or original firmware. If I wait sx os 7.0.1 compatible version, can I use my switch?

If you are not familiar with downgrading or using atmo you should just wait. Even with a nand backup you can still cause yourself more issues trying to downgrade than if you just play your original games and wait for the update.
If you feel you MUST do this and absolutely can't wait any longer, once you are done downgrading you will have to use ChoiDujourNX to reinstall your downgraded firmware overtop of itself to correct the boot 0/1 issues allowing you to use SX OS CFW again.

I downloaded and installed atmosphere to my sd card but when click the album logo in the menu just show photos and videos. How can I download choidujournx? My sd card has these files
If downgrading is complicated I can wait in the basic atmo cwf for charging. Nowadays I don't play games
