I personally have d/led, burned, and used DJB's AID. Once you have the .torrent file, open it in your client (i.e. uTorrent, BitComet). After the file completes downloading you'll have a set of 25 .rar files, extract them with a decompression util. (i.e. ExtractNow, WinRAR). Next, open the folder extracted, inside should be some folders, PDF manuals, a folder with recent BIOS files, and a disk image (.ISO). The disk image is about 485MB in size.
Open Nero and burn the .ISO at a slow speed. I can't remember what I used for media (might have been a CD-R or CD-RW) but I'm sure the brand was Memorex.

Also, if you're looking for the latest program versions search "Auto Installer Deluxe" on mininova.org (<same site as above) and download the update pack 3.04 (using a bittorrent client) and patch the .ISO with it.
