Hey everyone, how are you? :)

I want to be able to play games off an external hard drive and emulators as well.

Unfortunately I have a fully updated phat xbox (HDMI) with the latest kernel etc. My drive is flashed though but I'd rather have a J-tagged xbox.

Is this what the reset glitch hack is for? What do I need to get (hardware and software) in order to do the external hd thing?

I will pay someone to do what is required, just looking at the big picture before I do that.

you could go the reset glitch hack (RGH) or buy an optical drive emulator (ODE). I myself just got my xkey today and so far it is working great I have been playing all day without any problems. if you go RGH then you cannot use live so far the xkey seems to be working fine with live but the only way to be 100% sure you will not get banned is to use original games with original firmware

What if I'm already banned and just want to play games on it?

Edit: Holy cow, the xk3y looks awesome. Can i just load games on that and no Jtag etc?

xk3y is a good looking bit of kit. The Video demos and the updates it seems to be getting are well out stripping the continues drive modding and disk burning idea.
I have been looking at getting of these for my offline / media centre P4X360 system im doing, would be allot easier than having to put the external DVD drive on each time lol.
