help i did switched my video to pal and i can not set it back to ntsc because my tv screen move to fast i can not read

Boot into the X3 Config Live
Press -

Down 4 - Settings
(A)
Down 1 - Video Regions
(A)
Down 1 - NTSC U
(A)
(If your NTSC J press down again and then A)

And that should be it!

I need some video help as well. I've managed to enable teh 480, 1081, etc all at once. Can you tell me how to get to that menue?

Ok umm.
Boot to X3CL
Down 4 (Settings)
(A)
Down 2 (Video Modes)
Then the menu looks like this :
480P (A)
720P (Down 1 and A)
1080i (Down 2 and A)
Pal60 (Down 3 and A)
Widescreen (Down 4 and A)
Letterbox (Down 5 and A)

Yup that should be all.

Do I need CK3

I have just got my DVD Drive out of my 360 and its a Lite On with Firmware 7, after further reading it says I need a CK3, can it be done without the CK3, I do have a CK1 which I got a few years ago could this work? or are there any alternatives.

Well you will need some kind of probe unless you MRA hack it.

Just get the CK3 pro, i've got one and have used it to flash plenty of drives with no problems

i got the maximus probe and no ck3, but i also have a banned console i use for powering on the drive. CK3 provides power as well if i am not mistaken.

The probe works slick as a monkeys ass
