i have a modded box that works great :) but i'm using old bios. (3029) i have saved on my computer the newest bios 3294. im kinda scared to reflash the chip. i dont want to screw anything up. so my question is should i reflash and if so are there any precautions i should take? Are the steps the same as if i had a fresh chip with no bios on it? should i also change the dip switches to the other 1mb space?
I decided to post this because i just want to be sure its worth going through the reflashing process plus i think that other people might benifit from this thread so any help will be greatly appreciated

can you get your backup banks bios (flashbios) power eject at same time if not you should flash it with a working flashbios for your xbox you do this by the x3 bios you allready have
if your backup works it will be the best way to go is change to the other bank not haveing x3 bios on it so if it dose not work you can go back to old x3 bios
