If someone doesn't have the original dummy.bin, how he can change a broken drive ? The drive is still working. The XBOX360 has the latest dashboard FW. A friend of mine want to change a defect drive but the flashed was made from a dvd club and i don't have the original dummy.bin .... Any solutions ????

so there is no problem .... The fact that it isn't play saint's row 3 for no apparent reason when in the past it was playing ok .... Any ideas ? (Thanks for the previous answer);)

If it no longer plays the games then your laser may have gone. You can pick these up cheap and are not that difficult to change.

weird drive ....

My drive from yesterday started to select what games to play and what not ... An example is saint's row 3. Suddenly the xbox says ''fault dvd'' since yesterday and it doesn't read the game ... I cleaned the len's, nothing.... i got them changed (at least that what they said), nothing .... I redurned the game, nothing .... My last resort is to change the drive itself since also started to scratch the few that played .... Finally some others they play and they don't get scratched like Super Street Fighter .....

All my dvds are verbatim and the originals are all ok and they play perfectly .... I will change the drive i think ...
