I just bought a Lite-On iHAS424 B GL1B. I tried following the guide to flash the drive to iXtreme Burner Max, but obviously GL1B comes after GL1A. That being said, someone said they skipped that first step and it worked fine for them. So I tried that. Every time, I get an error in the Flash Utility while trying to write the firmware. No error code or anything. Just "Error writing FLASH to drive!" What should I do?

EDIT: I am connecting the drive to my laptop via the X360USB PRO V2.

EDIT AGAIN: Got it! Open the X360USB PRO Updater, a box will pop up asking if you want to disable ripping function. Say yes, then continue. Ripping features will continue after the USB has been disconnected.
