well i got this far, my X3_3029.rar wont flash, yea I know I have to change it to .bin (i think)

use a program called winrar and unzip the file
once extracted there will be the bin file you're looking for

there will be several files including some folders, flash the bios appropriate to your xbpx version and do not copy over any of the text files unless your want you HD reformated on the next boot up.
