im a newb...quick question please help!?!

Alright so i bought a xecuter 2.6 and installed it all correctly, not a problem. I updated my flashbios to 3.0.3 and i have a v1.1 xbox. But when i am trying to put my burnt cd in, so that i can rebuild my HDD and install everything then it does work. When ever i turn on my xbox, with the chip enabled and flash protect off and on bank 1, with the burnt disc in then it goes to a screen that says "your xbox requires service." Although when i first got my disc and i fiddled around with the three switches and the power button then i got it to say Xecuter 2 underneath the Xbox load up screen. After that it went to the menu of a program called Slayer and i wasnt sure what to do there so i quit out of it. Now i do know what to do there, but i need to know how to get there first?????

Im sorry if that sounded a little weird, i am new at all this modding stuff, but i really need help!

ok i take it your trying to put a dash on to your xbox

FRIST THING TO DO BACKUP YOU XBOX HARDDRIVE

once you have done that

ok put the slayer dvd in to tray reboot xbox once you have the setup screen of the slayers dvd

1/ goto 2) save bios/ eeprom (xbox c:/backup) and do that

2/ goto 3) new install / full rebuild

ok if you have upgraded you harddrive put a bigger one in
highlite 3A) NEW INSTALL / FULL REBUILD-UPGRADED HD and push the A button

But i think you have the retail harddrive the one it come with out of the box
so hilite 3B) NEW INSTALL / FULL REBUID-RETAIL HD and push A

it been a long time but i think it ask you yes or no you pick yes now sit back and it will set up the dash

just one think if it ask you to put app to E say yes its been a long time
