Im a Noob please help

i tried to flash my x3 with the x3_1959 bios but was told not to change my bank settings now all i get is a black screen. First of all when I power on my xbox using the eject button all it does is come on for 2 sec then go off then come on for 2 sec then go off then come back on and the lights around the eject button flash red and green. All the bank switches were off now I realize that 1 and 2 were supposed to be on PLEASE HELP

First of if u tried to flash it with the x3 bios u should have had the switches-on, on, off, off. Next if it is flashing green/red it could probably be a bad chip install, or bad bios image when u tried to flash it. Elaborate more did you flash it with on, on, off, off or what? If you did it another way you could have screwed up the banks on the chip but thats why you have the backup.
