ok i checked my do its fine i soldered it the right way ......but my xbox is still not letting my mod chip boot up......its like my mod chip is not eve there ??? i checked to see if there was someting wrong with my 5v wire but its good ...then ichecked the front panal where da banks go its also good ....so what is wrong with mny chip is if burned ???????? did i some how mess it up ???????? plz respond a.s.a.p i want to install this chip already and move on to flash bios ...........thanx for nay help ya give me in advance :):):)

i did and its fine still no activity on my mod chip my chip turns on but my xbox just go to the xbox screen and not my mod chip flash bios screen what should i do ?>

make sure u soldered your d0 to the correct point. The d0 is what allows the chip to boot from its bios. no d0= no bios being loaded. IF i am wrong someone please correct me.

no but thats not the problem my problem it that my xbox turns on as if my mod chip is off but my mod chip is on i did my soldering right you have to solder it to the d0 poing on the plastic red thing that was sent to with my mod chip right ? ?? i did it 4 times and checked it over and over again but still xbox boots up as if my mod chip is not on when it is ..... i cant get to my flash bios screen no more this is my 1st mod chip so plz bare with me i have a xcuter 2.6

are both lights(blue) lit up on your chip?

no thats good make sure your pins are even. all i can say is recheck your solder with a magnifing glass and make sure they are making contack with your mobo. also what color is your front pannel?

am i suppose to solder the red thing that came with my chip with da wire right ??? the tutorial doe say much ? or am i to put the wire to the mother borad ?

ok i did everything in the totorial u sent me and its still doing the same thing chip is on but xbox boots up as if its not but everything is on in my mod chip .....do u think its fried ????????????

i thought u had a x3 this is a x3 forum. im not 2 familiar with a 2.6 so u might want to ask someone else sorry
