I have just completed the install on my X2.6 chip on my 1.6 xbox. When I started to xbox it booted into the Flashbios 3.03 screen. Enable network flashing ect.... I removed the chip and attempted to load another bios. After reinstalling the chip when I boot with the chip enabled it shows a black screen, no flashbios3.03. I assume I accidently erased the flashbios program. Now I'm going into X2 Bios Manager. I right click on bank one, open and select the flash bios. Then it will not give me the option to flash. Here is the file name I'm trying to flash: flashbios_v303.rar. I've read so many forums about this that I think I have confused myself even more than at first. What should I do ??
