I FINALLY DOWNLOADED THE FLASH BIO V 3.0.3 BUT WHEN IT SHUTS OFF AND I TURN IT BACK ON IT IT GOES BACK TO THE FLASH BIOS SCREEN WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX HIS..???

Nothing, because you copied flash bios over flashbios so you are left with ......Flashbios!

What you need is X3 bios depending on your xbox version...

v1.0 - v1.5 = X3 3294
v1.6 / v1.6b = X3 3294v16plus

Check your PM for more info...
