So, was taking the my xbox 360 e apart, and I was taking the face place for the front of the xbox and accidently I pulled off the front of it and the ribbon came off it aswell, like ripped out the port hole..... What are your thoughts on this? Won't be able to read discs no more no?

When you say "ripped out", do you mean the ribbon cable has been damaged or just removed from the socket?

If you think it is damaged, post a photo.

Worse case scenario is you damaged it and you'll have to buy a replacement from eBay. They are cheap and easy to put in.

You couldn't have damaged it that much. Check to make sure that the ribbon cable is seated good and look deep for any damage to it and/or the connectors it plugs into.

Thought the console is scratched to f**k honesty due to me taking it apart using my own method xD

Well I'm sure that it can be saved. Maybe you should think about sending it off to someone to fix it and mod it for you.

No chips have been installed. Just won't turn on for some reason. Might ha to take it apart again.

Worst thing you could have done was damage your RF board, and that is a 9$ replacement off ebay, as well as the 3$ ribbon cable to replace for just incase and your laughing.

You can try taking a piece of wire and touching it to the power and ground points on this photo I found *credits to whomever posted it* It will act like you are pressing the button, Then you can know for sure if it's the RF board/Ribbon cable/Xbox.
