[india] modder needed to mod lite-on drive

i need to find a modder in india to fix my lite-on drive as i dont have the equipments or the skill.

i am in delhi, heard there are a lot of modders in an around plaika baazar, thought the shops recieve the item, they return to you modded without the OFW.

so what i want is to contact a modder directly ,if anyone over there is reading this thread, or anyone know contacts of a modder in delhi please ,please ,please give me the details , thnaks for looking

its a lite-on 74850c, need someone here,would need to diassemble the console and all, really don't find time for all that, dats y am looking for a modder, thanks for looking..
