I just got my XboX modded at Modchips.ca. When I start my xbox it just goes into an infinite reboot sequence. Anyone know why this would happen?

1) what version xbox?
2) what modchip?
3) what bios?
4) does it boot with mod chip disabled?
5) stock or upgraded hdd?
