install from cdrw

Can I install evox or avalanche from a cd-rw
My xbox drive has been reading the disc thats how i flashed.

ive downloaded both programs from the usual place.


My bios is flashed with appropriate file from the usual place.

Now what?

Heh aslong as the xbox can read the disc.

get a slayers disk if you don't know what you are doing.

ive downloaded slayers from the ftp, how do i get the xbox to read it? do I need to rename a file bios.bin???

Is it an iso file, if it is,you need to go into your burning program and select 'burn image' or 'burn disk image' or something similar, and you will be able to select your slayers image. The iso file burned as a data file is not much use.

i know how to burn iso images.

my mistake. I havent download slayer, its just a file directing me to somewhere else that doesnt even exist.

Follow the instruction in the link. It's for slayers 2.5 but you will get slayers 2.6 the same way. Also http://www.xbox-scene.com has outstanding tutorials you need to either ftp the files onto your c drive or create a boot disk. xbox-scene has a bunch of that info.
