JTAG Install Manual for RJTAg Starter kid, where to find ?

Hello I want to ask, where can I find the manual Installation diagramm for

R-JTAG Starter Kit.
I dont have the Ultimaete kit.
you show here :



This PCB ! But I do not have it.
Where do I get the 5V
Where is F and E ?
where do I solder that Orange cable K ?

Please help
