Have a quick question. If I install XCI games using latest SXOS version, can I delete the XCI file? I mean, install it, remove sd card and load game from main screen?

Yes, if you load it to the console internal memory, well possibly, I just read that you can't install to external HDD so it's notthe same as NSP files, but I would still think you can, never tried as I still install them to SD card
You cannot delete xci files. XCI files are the equivalent to a cartridge. If you delete the file it would be like you do not have the cartridge in console, so you can't launch the game. If you convert your backups to nsp files, then you can install them and delete the nsp file.
This is not true for the latest OS.. In SX OS 2.5.1 you can install xci and delete the xci file.
You no longer need to convert to NSP to install them

That's frakkin' awesome! I've been trying to convert xci to nsp this week to install them....had no idea that my SX OS could do this now.
Having a heck of a time installing xci with quark. I just see the copy option that looks promising, but I can't figure out how to post them. What am i missing here?
