installation problem

33 ohm not a 330 ohm.
this is news to me... ive fixed over 5 of these usng 330 ohm resistors.

link to 33 ohm resistor? anything past 33 ohm will work i had some 330 laying around from jtagging... they work just fine

If your knocking resistors off during install I would send it out. Smd resistors are super easy to install if you know what your doing. You could get a resistor from RadioShack and tack it on but then you run the risk of every little nudge threatening to lift a pad.

Send it to someone in the us who has experience this is a problem plaguing people currently. I personally have fixed quite a number of these with pads remove yours would be a piece of cake to fix since they are still attached.

Im willing to fix if you want. It would be 20 bucks for such a simple job. If you knocked the resistor off I'd have someone install the cr for you. I would install that points wire for you so there is no chance of failure due to repeated actions.

Well i have done about 16 RGH consoles now. I was just not paying enough attention. I am going send it out to someone to have them do it. If you want send me a message and we can talk price

330 ohm is wrong its a 33 ohm you can also do the fix with just a wire dont make it right tho ..if you have a multimeter use it ..i am not having a pull just it is only right to do the thing correct and even more so when the console is not your own
