I just installed the x3 in my v 1.6 xbox, but when i turn it on the chip goes red then turns off, then boots again and turns off. the first time after i installed it, it came on turned off the came on with the blue chip, but nothing would display, now nothing works, is there something i forgot to do or am i screwed. please help me

Isnt this the X3 Install Support forum? correct me if im wrong but it sounds like an install issue to me

as Xecuter says... 99percent of the time stuff like this happeneds it's almost always a soldering issue.
just be carefull and use a 15watt soldering iron! dont use anything higher.
It is an install forum... however, you ARE supposed to read the FAQS, As they are there... so people don't need to ask the same question 100 times over. Goto FAQ... it's called "FRAG" Or click search and search it, if you need more info.
