installed x3 ce chip help

i installeed a x3 ce chip and was told to flash it with 3.03 even though 3.0.1 came on the flash screen now the eject button just flashes green and red and theres no pic on tv

help please

you only needed 3.0.3 if you have a v1.6b, did you tried booting into backup bios hold power and eject buttons.
