installed x3 on 1.6

Boots from the back up but not normally, is this because i need to flash it first or should it boot anyway? Backup is fine, displays flashbios 3.0

take it you havent flashed bios to the chip?if so then tes you need to flash it.

the chip come with backup bios and i thought normal bios aswell, well if back up is working will I be ok to assume the installation was a success? When i power up as normal it loads default xbox but when i hit power and eject backup comes on (as it should). So after i flash it I should be able to power up as normal straight into x3?

if you press the power button quickly you should get the flash bios as well so if you load the x3 bios everything should be cool!
