I am trying to Jtag a Falcon. Read the nand fine, the CD is 5761. Install Xell and I can't turn the Xbox on, wrote the original nand back and it powers on, put Xell back on and it still wont power up. Im a little stuck now. Any idea's?

EDIT:
And now all I am getting when trying to write the original nand is

C:\nandpro20b>nandpro.exe lpt: -w16 nand5.bin
NandPro v2.0b by Tiros

Testing LPT device address:0378
Testing LPT device address:0278
Testing LPT device address:03BC
Could not detect a flash controller!
Can not continue

C:\nandpro20b>

So did you use xell for the Falcon or another motherboard?

You can get it to work again with SHORTING OUT PINS 44-47 of the NAND but it is at your own risk, it could fried the NAND. But you can try it.

LPT is simply a non-reliable method of reading/writing to the NAND. Such things always happen when LPT is used. Perhaps some wire or something got loose, this is why you're getting this error now.

Ive tried with the jtag tool and manually using nandpro20b. It did read the nand, I took 10 nands just to er on the side of caution. I know for sure its not my soldering, I soldered PCB's for 16 years. Ive double checked everything twice now. Ive tried my lead on a Jtagged Xenon ive got and it worked fine.

Its a Falcon BTW
