Installing dash

Hi, I am one of plenty of noobs here and successfully(!) finished installing Xecuter 2.6 CE, flashing BIOS(x2 5035 old), and burning AID 3.1 DVD. However, I failed with installing dash. :(
Stricktly speaking, I installed a dash and applicaions but had an error.

Here's the case I'm in.

When I turn Xbox on, "xecuter2 config live loading" comes up, followed by Xbox logo with Xecuter logo at the bottom, then, "xecuter2 config live loading" again and finally error screen - error # 21.

The only good news is I have an access the hard drive through FTP.

Unfortunately, when I turn off the mod and boot up xbox, the same error occurs. Probably the original dash has a problem.

I hope someone can help me. Thanks.

Thank you DJBOOBY.

I did that in the opposite order :)
At first, I deleted XBMC and installed evoX (I know. It's so-called old-fashioned).
Next, I edited x2config.ini for booting with evoX and then, dashboard started working!
In addition, reinstall MS Dash got rid of the error 13 when xbox was on with modchip off.

I guess something went wrong with setting XBMC.
I will try what DJBOBBY said once I get a new HDD soon. :)
