installing dashboard via ftp??

so ive ftp'd nexgen.xbe to the c: when i go to config live and try to change the dashboard boot priority its not there? is there some thing else i must do to make it boot?

(sorry if this is a common quessie but i didnt know where to look for the answer)

should the file be renamed?

yes, rename one of the dashboard names in x3cl to whatever you nexgen xbe is and set it to boot first. and also set the correct drive in x3cl.
