Installing evox dashboard

Ok I just got the 2.6 ce flashed with the 5035 v1.6 bios and everything is looking good i think. When it loads up it shows the microsoft flubber thingy but they where it would say microsoft it says something about xecuter 2. anyways then it goes back to the ms dashboard and wants to get into xbox live. so how do i go about loading up the evox dashboard. Do i just get the file from xbins and burn it to a cd/dvd or do i have to do something special. Is there a certain version i have to use for the 1.6 xbox?

get a download of auto installer deluxe 3 it will install dash use a newer dash like XBMC or avalanch evox is old but good for beginners

i downloaded the program but how do i load it into my xbox. i tried just unzipping it and burning a dvd, but that didnt work.

unzip it there should be around 7 file in them theres a image file burn only that too a cd-rw or dvd-r at a slow speed x2 max

I used Alcohol 120% to burn the .ISO file to DVD.

You may, before doing that, also want to download the 3.1 patch and use the Iso updater option to update your installer to the 3.1 version.

i am really having no luck getting this auto installer to work. I downloaded the file and there are like a bunch of different rar files all named the same. I found the 500 mb iso file and tried burning it to a cd and a dvd at 2x and neither of them worked. Is there something im missing. It seems like everybody else is just able to pop in the disk and go.

ok the rar files that you have download how many are there if there numbered
open the 1 file all the rest will unrar and you should see 4 rar files a image iso file the one you burn and read me file pdf
open nero select expert mode two guys in black suits then "burn image" open the iso file then tick "finalize dvd" then burn
