installing freeboot

Hello, I followed this tutorial all the way

This tutotial did not mention anything about freeboot. I was wondering if I needed to do anything about it?

Which stage are you at?

FreeBOOT is the glitch image you write to your console's NAND, it is a modified kernel designed to boot homebrew code such as emulators, XBLA etc.

Then you should now be running FreeBOOT, you can check by trying out some homebrew.... I recommend trying to load XeXMenu.

I just did ha. Well I dont really know what to do now though. Like how to load homebrew. Do I just put them on an external hd?

Install Freestyle Dash!!
Copy the FSD Installer to a usb drive.
Run the default.xex from xexmenu.
You can setup a path on your hard drive and download the latest version and install dashlaunch.

You can put games on the internal hard drive or an external drive.
Just setup the paths in the settings.

Thanks! Do I have to configure the external drive to the xbox or can it just be fat32 format?

You can use FAT32 with an external drive.
