Installing til 45% then dirty disc.

I had a Liteon IHAS 124-B that was continually burning but failing the check afterwards with ABGX and only installing til 45% on the Xbox. I bought a new drive ASUS DRW-24B1 ST/LT but still hitting the same snag. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!
