Installing two 60mm LEd FANS

Hello,i'm planing on installing 2 60mm ledfans to my console since my stock ones broke.
Has anyone done this yet? I have a question regarding the size of the fans, the stock fans are 70mm,and this ones are 60mm, wound't be less airflow since it's smaller? I'll also put them in 12volts, so they will spin faster.
I took the tutorial from this page:

But i'm not pretty sure if it's quite alright to put smaller fans than the originals. But i got no other way for now. Thank you!

Hey, i know, and i will in a couple of months, i don't live in the USA so it's kind of hard for me to get them, so until then i was thinking of doing this mod but with out the leds on the fans, just to survive my xbox until then since my original stock fans broke.

whoa. how do fans break ? unless u put a stick in it when its on ?
