ok just got my mod chip and hard drive today..i installed everything to where i think it's correct. maybe the one thing that is wrong is that the D0 is not soldered and the soldering for the pin header isn't al that great. so now i press the poser button and it turns on...then shuts down...then turns on....then shuts down...then turns on and it stays like that but nothing appears on the screen...the eject butto is flashing yellow. i didn't order of the reset/eject adaptor or cable...could that be the problem or is it something else?

sounds like you didnt hook up everytihng where its supposed to go... maybe u put a wire in the wrong hole?

IF xbox if is just flashing yellow check all connections and soldering . also the D0 wire must be installed for the chip to work. Usually tho if its a soldering problem it will frag red, green not yellow
