invalid opcode plz help

ok i have a problem and need some info / tut

I have an ms25 and im trying to dump fw so i boot using ntfs boot cd and it sticks at 1% and gives invalid opcode cannot continue then loads of numbers

i read i need to create a smaller partition

where do i create the partition ??? and how ????

i personally use partition magic but there are alot of freeware partition managers out there. http://www.thefreecountry.com/utilities/partitioneditors.shtml has several. create a 1gb ntfs partition then recreate the xtreme folder on this partition with XBM (im sure you can move the xtreme folder from c: to the new partition but its best to just start from scratch)
