HI i have used the kamikaze method, this is my 10th xbox so i know what i am doing, everything seemed to go well with this drive, it unlocks but the when i try to read or write it says invalid status 0x0.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does the drive still eject? have you got the key? Have you erased the drive or attempted to write to the drive?

If the drive is still stock but unlocked, press ident id in jf and turn the drive off then back on. Dont press the unlock it should now be able to write to it.

after it says Spi Status: 0x00 i tried intro, the drive goes back into spi locked, so the drive isnt really unlocked even though i got spi status 0x00?? Must the trace on the chip be broken?
