First things first - please don't double post - you have bought up this exact topic in more than one thread!!!!

don't know anything about macs as I don't have one but a quick search led me to the following:

info about MAC IRC Clients like MIRC for Windows:

http://www.irchelp.org/irchelp/mac/

Downloads for MAC IRC Clients:

http://www.snak.com/SnakDownload.html
http://www.ircle.com/download.shtml

okay so thats the IRC side covered, next you need an FTP Client - like FLASH FXP for Windows:

Download link:

http://www.yummysoftware.com/download.html

okay so that give you all the software for your MAC that you need to get the bios down. Now all you need to do is follow the guides, replacing all references to MIRC and FLASH FXP with the software you have just downloaded.

A word of advice - try doing atleast a little bit of research yourself - it took me all of two minutes to find this info for you. I am not really a fan of spoon feeding people. You will probably also find if you have made a bit of effort people will be more willing to help you.

Anyway on a positive note, hope this helps you out

I don't know how to use Macs very well but can do the basics, the tutorials give guidelines but you dont need to follow them exactly just get the options which are simliar no matter what software you use... I did my setup all in Linux.

Know how to use IRC and FTP... I can get away with just using firefox/opera and commandlines because I know how to use them...
If you don't, its a simple search with those keywords.

For flashing using http, only required a web browser and a bit of networking....
I hate burning CDs...

If you can't find a mac IRC client, I will set up a temp IRC java client... but I'm sure there are some out there.
