LITEON 0225 Is a soldering gun required to remove old PCB?

In the guide to disassembling a Lite on 0225 PCB , it says to de-solder 5 wires from your old PCB. Is a soldering gun the only way to detach these wires? Because I ordered the T-X Unlocked PCB v 1.1 and it is said to be solder-less. Or does the unlocked PCB include something to reconnect the wires?

Its a solderless add-on it desent mean the pcb is solderless

It is solderless. Cut the wires and strip some insulation away.

If you read the guide it tells you this.

The tx unlock pcd includes an adapter so you don't have to solder.
