is it bad to close out of the write of the xell. I stopped it because I didnt mean to write it because I didnt have matching nands reads it was one block off, block 195 it said wasnt matching so right now I have it reading again, I hope having it write the xell didnt effect it.

It just sounds like you started writing want you dumped back into the nand so in theory, you should be ok as long as your soldering was good to begin with. Just do a compare when your done and cross your fingers.

just write your orig nand dump back to it you be fine.
