Is it my bios

ok my box dashboard somehow got currupted and now i got it to work off the boot disc but now my F drive is gone i enabled and disabled it multiple times and it says 0 mb out of 0 mb but i have a 120 gig hardrive that isnt close to full is it my bios that messed up my partition? it has most of my applications and games and movies on it so can someone tell me how to re enable my F drive thanks

its like the F drive isnt there Over 100 gigs GOne like its only a 8 gig or something iono where it all went and why it wont read it

it may pay to reinstall dash if you think dash currupted do a large hd install

something happened where my boxes unleash dash stopped working so i made a boot disk and now i get the dash to work so i can FTP but now my F drive isnt there all 100 gig of that drive is Gone and i dont know on the other post they said that my box somehow got updated through live or something and it over wrote my previous dash files i got my dash and my FTP to work now i wanna know how to get FTP to work
