Hi I wanted to know one thing,is it possible to transfer Far Cry 4 and Assassin Creed Black Flag savegames to pc and play them?I already transfered the ".sav" files from my Far Cry 4 backup.Because it's really annoying to play from the beggining...So it's possible ?
Is it possible to use Xbox saves on pc?
