Hello guys, I recently installed a coolrunner on my xbox and a qsb upgraded (with the crystal) as of trying to do rgh 2 to my console since its a corona v1. From the begining everything went smooth, even the soldering. I started my j-runner and hooked it up with the JR programmer v2 and from there to the qsb upgraded. I pressed F2 on the computer and gave me just what I was expecting:
flash config 0x00043000
CB version 13181
Corona
(I guess this means the soldering is good)
Then I read the nands without problems, created the .ecc and wroted to the nand.
Then I programed my coolrunner with the timing file.
But when I went to test it, it simply didn't show the green light at all.
I was wondering if this is a boot time issue?
Should I try some combinations?
Is there any other issue that might be causing the coolrunner not to show its green light?

This is all I'm working with:
Corona v1
JR programmer
QSB corona upgraded
J-Runner
CR rev C
(JP closed 3-2 closed too, switched to slim, cpu_rst is the 55 cm long blue wire)
Thanks

You sure you wrote actual ecc? I screwed up once and wrote a JTAG xell image to the nand and didn't get a debug light... Ah, good times :)

Yeah... I'm pretty sure I wrote the right ecc file.
In addition, I read the nand and flashed the coolrunner with the console plugued in to the power supply but not turned on.
I read in some post that u can't do that, but that's how it worked for me.
Thanks for any help.

That's fine. Post your JR log and pics of your soldering. Shouldn't be hard to rule out the problem here

Hello guys, its been a while. Right now I'm doing a nand reading to come up with tge log but this is weird, now, after identifying the motherboard as a Corona v1, it says its a Trinity.

it will do that if ecc is written to nand,as we use the trinity bootloader to get xell.so this is 100% normal :)

the corona qsb cr upgrade doesn't look right either..
Looks fine to me, the recent batch i just ordered looks like that. clones of that thing cost twice the price of original ones anyways lol
