yes you can, for D, E & F its the same as the rgh 2.0 wiring. im not a Hundred Percent sure which point it is.

you want to use the 5v point, not the 3v3

Yes, you can use any JTAG wiring you wish.

Those points have nothing to do with JTAG wiring/JTAG QSB.
