Do you know how to burn ISOs?
If you're booting from a hacked BIOS then it will work.
This and other posts indicate you're not too familiar with computers either - I suggest you spend some time reading up on the following:
TCP/IP Networking
Burning ISO files to CD/DVD
Getting Windows to display file extensions.
Extracting RAR files
All of this can be found by searching the internet.

So how are you burning the ISO to disk? Also, what media are you using?
Finally, what BIOS are you booting to and what's happening when you try and boot it?

Nero Burning Rom, Memorex CD-RW (which is most likely my problem)

You still haven't flashed the Evox BIOS to your chip? What part of "read the tutorials" wasn't clear???
Read this:

No - interrupt away. The guy hasn't a clue what he's doing anyway. He thinks he's running Evox M7 when he booting to FlashBIOS on both banks....

So I was right - you've still to flash the chip with a hacked BIOS!
Read my troubleshooting guide - it's in my sig.
You can't use that Evox CD you burned until your chip has been properly flashed. This isn't rocket science - there are hundreds of posts stating this if you only took the time to read and search.

Have you actually read the FlashBIOS tutorial? Did you follow it exactly to make a BIOS CD? Did you actually remember to use the correct X2 / Evox BIOS to make it? Am I just wasting my time here trying to help someone who probably shouldn't even be trying something like this when his Mum and Dad won't let him use mIRC?
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW IS RIGHT HERE IN THE TUTORIALS. If you're still lost then go pay someone to do it for you.

It's all there - follow the flashbios tutorial and make a BIOS CD using the required BIOS. You have a 1.0, so you download the X2 4983 BIOS and make a BIOS CD with it using the tutorials.
