if so can I get some info on it please

It was supposed to be included in the latest BIOS, but because of problems, it wasn't. I'd hang back for a couple of weeks for the new X3 bios to come out - it might well be in there.

Edit: Never mind -just noticed you are running a 2.6 chip ... going to be hard to shoehorn too many more features into that bios

Ah. Thanks. I've never heard of anybody using it thus far...

Doesn't the iND Bios or whatever support different flubber animations? Just curious.

Yeah, the programs used to change the flubber aren't as clean as X3CL...at least I think so. And yeah, I'm pretty sure that the iND Bios can do custom flubber intro's.

we all keep hearing about the TeamX and the upcoming possibility of changing the startup flubber but I think it is truly vaporware. TX has been advertising this for nearly six month and keep omitting it from the latest and greastest BIOS so it makes me think it a marketing ploy to keep everyone buying the X3. BELIEVE IT WHEN YOU SEE IT which is likely to be never unless someone figures it out. Where's the multi-harddrive feature? Where is the GameCube anything? Pleez (I also expect xecuter to reply with some cursing and short response because customer support is not her forte, getting drunk and marketing might be.)

the software came with my x3, if you have an x3 chip, hold the white button down on startup and it takes you to the menu thing then look aroung all the menus, and in one you can change the flubber and the x symbol, i dont know why noone else has this. my flubber is disabled and my x is black with a white backround

Well, I was talking about changing the flubber entirely. Like, using a bunny instead of the flubber. We all know about the flubber color and wireframe abilities that come with the X3 bios: we're talking about changing the shape of the flubber.
