Hey Everyone,

so i think this question is more or less for mods and the team.

I was wondering if there is any risk to get banned, if i divide between "Emunand 6.2 with my pirated games on airplane mode" and "Sysnand 6.2 with my original games purchased via store or cartridge online".

From my personal understanding nintendo should not be able to identify this, should they?

The moment you buy your sx pro.Even though with emunand its pretty save just accept that you gonna be banned eventually.

but that's the point of my question.

if i use the emunand with all the hacks and so on just in airplanemode and everything else which is online and official runs over the sysnand which is not touched by sx os, there should be no ban risk, or is there something i miss? because the only moment my switch is communicating with nintendo, is when it runs the official os, with official purchased software.

I think you just didn't get his answer, try this way: If you hack your console, there will be a ban, just work with this mind set, "but but but but", yes, ban!

Dont want to get banned? Have two consoles, one with cfw and without, preferable one that cannot be hacked and use different accounts on both.

Logs are created and can be requested by :mario:
Offline does not mean no trace
No one will tell you it is 100% safe . The only ones who would know are the coders that wrote the OFW

It's definitely safer, but we still don't know.

Nintendo knows you're using custom firmware because they're recording logs at all times on your NAND. If you go online, those logs are updated. While using EmuNAND those logs are still being recorded but not to your actual NAND. If you never go online with EmuNAND and never use custom firmware on your actual NAND, no logs should ever be sent. It's the same as resetting your actual NAND to before you ever used custom firmware with a backup, which most people believe is safe (I've done that a few times and have not been banned yet).

I think you'd be fine using EmuNAND for mods and booting into OFW for online, but it's impossible to know for sure. I'm currently running EmuNAND with stealth mode AND 90DNS to go online which still feels super risky but I have a spare Switch for online anyway.
