Do i still need the nand-x or can i use the supplied lpt cable?

I dont want to waste £25 on the nand-x if i dont need it

you will need the Nand-X mate, the cable included is to program the coolrunner not the nand

edit... Just clicked your link and quote "Includes everything you need to glitch your 360 Slim model (you will require a tool to read/write your NAND such as the Xecuter NAND-X)" from the second line of the description :facepalm:
We are here to help but please help yourself by reading carefully... Take your time and read everything.. twice ! if you rush this job you could have a very expensive door stop !

One more question.

If i get my xbox modded by someone else on the forum.
And if a new method comes out (just speculating..Xecuter DemoN) Would it then be possible to use the lpt cable to progam that aslong as i had my nand on cd?

I was thinking of getting my xbox modded proffesionaly and if a dual nand solution comes out i would then do it myself

It the DemoN is what everyone expects it to be then you will most likely need a way to write to the NAND.

Don't forget the Nand-x kit includes QSb, Pin Header Cable and a diode kit.

I actually managed to flash 2 Jtag consoles. 1 with the QSB and 1 with pin headers / Diode Kit.

Either way even without using the extras Nand-X with USB is so simple and a fantastic piece of kit.

IMO worth every penny spent and Modtraders provide a very prompt delivery service !!
