IS THIS AN ACCEPTABLE GROUND LOCATION?

Hey guys I've seen this area used as a ground before and just wanted to know from someone who is certain if it is or not.Thanks for any help guys.

yes it is .. FYI, the leg of the hard drive tray also rests on that ground pad.. hopefully it won't cause any issues

yes, thats a ground point and will work fine.
