Is this compatible PCI card for flashing MS28?

Hello, need to flash MS28 but I have ICH6 Intel chipset so I asked my friend to borrow me any PCI CARD with VIA chipset..
He said he have only this card:
Adaptec AAR- 2410 SA Kit - 4 canals SATA RAID controller 66bit/66MHz PCI
Is this totaly wrong card or should be compatible? Thanks for answers..

I don't think that that card will work

Suggest that you just buy the needed card online - it is failrly cheap. You are looking for a VIA 6421A or VIA 6421L SATA PCI card. A number of brand make SATA PCI cards with this chipset - you can try looking on ebay for starters.

ok, i will order 6421A if ill find it in some slovak eshop.. i was just wondering if it should work.. thanks
