RGH is this meant to happen

basically i was rgh my xenon motherboard to retrieve the key from it. i soldered eveything up and read my nand programmed the CR and when i turn on the console the cr debug led blinks every 5 seconds.

Yes the green light is meant to blink about every 5 seconds.

how long could it take it to boot as i waited 20 mins and still no boot

To my knowledge, it has been said it could take up to 30 mins for Xenon and Zephyr boards to glitch, correct me if I'm wrong, please.

it can take up too an hour.. try moving the wires away from the motherboard that helped for some people it seems
